Bring anything that might strip an enchant or steal life. So you could bring an E/N with blood pumped up for Vamp Touch. Or you could go mesmer and bring a bunch of enchant stripping skills. Or necros have them too. Once the enchants are off, they're easy.

If you can only use ele skills, probably the most humorous way would be to keep him KDed the entire time with something like thunderclap or gale, then just wait for his enchants to run out.

Or yeah, just vamp touch him.

That's the basics of killing a 55. They aren't a threat to anyone who can strip enchantments. An E/N with Rend enchantments will kill him with ease.

Don't just snatch one, since you need to know the order he is casting in, so snatch them all off at once, take the damage from the rend, and kill him.

The enchantments in use are:

[skill=card]Mending[/skill][skill=card]Essence Bond[/skill][skill=card]Protective Spirit[/skill] or [skill=card]Balthazar's Spirit[/skill]

Protective spirit is the backbone of this build's defenses. But, if he/she casts SoJ and you can't get the Prot Spirit off, then the fight will last too long. Better to Rend them all, and with his/her enchantments, his/her confidence.

Ele/Necro

Pump your blood magic up to 12

Awaken the blood
Vampiric Spirit
Then spam any low cost instant cast spell (flare for instance)

The monk has no chance, and it keeps your health topped up nicely

55 hp builds generally need constant damage (which supplies them with energy) to keep spamming protective spirit. If you apply your damage slowly, in bursts, they will feel the need to cast protective spirit, but not gain enough energy to keep supporting it. Eventually they won't have enough energy to cast prot spirit and bam!

55hp anything are just so fun to kill .

Elementalist/Necromancer, You can go like, Rend Enchantments + Lightning Strike, or Vampiric Touch at like, 12 Blood(should be like 63 damage)... Pretty much anything that removes PS/SB, or goes through it (life stealing). You could go E/Me with Shatterstorm [Elite] + Lightning strike, or whatever, too.

The easiest way to kill a 55 monk is to steal at least 55 life from it. One click -> dead monk.

One skill.

Gaze of Contempt. That will kill any 55, Spirit Bonder, or 135 monk if they are tanking something(Which of course if you are facing them in PvP of some sort they are tanking something). It drops everything at one time which is bad for them.

Rend Enchantment also works. You basically want anything that strips more than on enchantment because a good 55 will be able to hand just one missing

That is a great waste of skills. You can get more for less.

probably could get away with mark of rod and wand him for that matter. who's actually using 55 in pvp?

...or is this just like a friend that's all like, "you can't kill me." if so...kill him. you only need to strip the prot spirit to kill him in one shot, rend might be a little excessive (plus it'll make you take like 120 damage) and it'll likely be the first enchantment to go (unless he has sheild of judgement on).

just like get all up on him and break prot spirit then like...flame burst him or something. stacking degen works. just too many ways to kill a 55, really.
